Senior Sales Coordinator- DALLAS, TX

Under the supervision of the Chief Sales Officer, the Senior Sales Coordinator will provide support to the organization through general sales administrative duties, with a primary focus on the customization, configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce and Pardot platforms. The position will manage the Salesforce.com database and reporting, and provide training and support to users. Additionally, the Senior Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Voltea sales team and coordinate related projects as assigned, including but not limited to managing the pipeline, coordinating revenue outlook, assisting with forecasting, prepping for Account Reviews, Board of Director meetings and assisting with KPI data mining. This position will be located in the U.S., preferably out of our Dallas office.
Essential Functions:

    • Salesforce Administration
      • Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
      • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows as requested.
      • Develop training materials and provide training and support to Voltea SalesForce.com end users.
      • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management to include Pardot B2B marketing platform.
      • Manage all sales related technical resources and migration of data into Salesforce.
      • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.

      • Drive continuous improvement in how Salesforce and Pardot can drive sales, and not simply as monitoring and reporting tools.
    • Administrative Support
      • Generate a variety of Voltea sales related reports.
      • Create uniformity of all sales related materials including sales presentations and proposals to assure a clear consistent message.
      • Administer KPI and related reporting for the CSO.
      • Coordinate travel and expense reporting as required by CSO.
      • The individual must be an experienced user of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to build models and understand formulas in Excel.
    • Additional Duties
        • Perform other related duties, as assigned which may include participation in various trade shows in Europe and the US.

  • Two to four years related experience including utilization of Salesforce and Pardot platform (implementation, training and maintenance) required.
  • Salesforce certification preferred.

As we grow our presence in North America, we are expanding our Dallas, TX office and are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer/PLC Programmer.  This position will be responsible for programming automation and controls systems involving PLCs (programmable logic controllers). We would expect you to have proven experience in PLC logic and programming with any of the following PLCs: Allen Bradley, Modicon, GE Fanuc, Siemens, AutomationDirect, Mitsubishi, Omron, Aromat, Toshiba, etc.

You should feel comfortable creating and reading logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up. Experience with logic auto-generation from templates would be awesome!

PROCESS ENGINEER - WATER (NETHERLANDS)

Voltea is currently seeking a successful candidate to fill the role of Senior Process Engineer located in our Sassenheim, NL office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level Water and Wastewater Engineer and will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer.

Skills Overview

Knowledge of water chemistry, hydraulics, water and wastewater treatment processes. In depth knowledge of pre-and post-filtration technologies, RO membrane-based desalination, water and wastewater/reuse treatment systems is necessary. Working knowledge of capacitive deionization technology would be ideal. Capable of performing technical evaluations using sound engineering and scientific principles. Ability to work with Voltea’s existing sizing models for CapDI applications while being accountable for product performance selection and process design recommendations.

Ability to generate and understand basic PFD’s, P&ID, instrumentation and control systems. Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to extract core messages from the field and pilot operation data and effectively deliver the message in writing. Excellent technical presentation skills and high comfort level in presenting to various customer levels. Capable of handling technical and engineering tasks independently with minimum supervision.

Technical Support : Sales Team

    • CapDI system modeling with direct input from Voltea’s sales team.
    • Exposure and expertise in a wide range of water treatment technologies and processes, including both municipal drinking water and industrial process water.
    • A strong background and knowledge base in filtration, ion-exchange and membrane treatment systems.
    • Capable of preparing water treatment system conceptual design including technology selection, sizing, PFD’s etc.

Job description 

As we grow our presence in North America, we are expanding our office in the Netherlands and are looking for a Field Service Technician. This position will be responsible for installing, commissioning and servicing Membrane Capacitive Deionization (CapDI) water treatment systems. Additionally, you will provide training to the site maintenance team and carry out remote monitoring of field sites. You will be a significant member of a fast-growing team, representing Voltea in North America and globally.

Main tasks include:

  • Installing, commissioning and servicing CapDI Systems
  • Providing technical training of site maintenance teams on operation, and basic maintenance
  • Liaising with Customers and their service teams
  • Monitoring, data analysis, trouble-shooting and reporting
  • PVC pipework, electrical component assembly and wiring
  • Basic installation and software updates of PLC controllers
