Voltea verovert langzaam de wereld met een revolutionaire waterbehandelingstechnologie, vastgelegd in meer dan 30 patenten, die energie zuiniger en effectiever is dan traditionele zuiveringsinstallaties. De technologie, CapDI genaamd, is ontwikkeld om het water te verzachten en zout te verwijderen. CapDI gebruikt geen chemicaliën en produceert bijna geen afvalwater. Onze techniek is toepasbaar op ontelbare wijze. De wereldwijde markt waarin Voltea opereert groeit aanzienlijk.

Het totale Voltea team bestaat uit 40 werknemers verspreid over 2 entiteiten. Er werken veel verschillende nationaliteiten, dus iedereen voelt zich hier thuis. De voertaal is mede hierdoor Engels. We hebben een kantoor in Sassenheim-NL en in Dallas-Texas-US. In beide faciliteiten ontwikkelen, bouwen en verkopen we onze CapDI technologie.

Voor de opvulling van een zwangerschapsverlof zijn we opzoek naar een hands-on Financial Controller van eind mei 2019 tot medio november 2019. Het huidige financiële team bestaat uit 4 medewerkers. Als Financial Controller rapporteer je aan de CFO die in Dallas gevestigd is.

Functie

Als Financial Controller ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor alle financiële transacties binnen de Voltea groep. De functie is heel veelzijdig en je hands-on mentaliteit zul je nodig hebben voor het volgende:

  • Maand-sluit Rapportages incl. consolidatie van 3 entiteiten
  • Intercommunitaire leveringen incl. intercompany transacties, royalty en transferpricing
  • BTW aangiftes voor NL en UK
  • Debiteurenbeheer incl de juiste omzet verantwoording
  • Voorraadbeheer waarbij alle goederenstromen vastgelegd dienen te worden (BOM’s)
  • Grootboek specificaties
  • Salarisadministratie met behulp van een derde partij
  • NL office taken, samen met de GM en Finance assistent in NL.
  • Boeken van alle boekhoudkundige transacties voor de Holding (Voltea limited)
  • Helpen bij implementeren en verbeteren van Elvy, hopelijk al geïmplementeerd voor mei.
  • Ziekteverzuim bijhouden
  • Alle voorkomende ad-hoc rapportage en werkzaamheden gerelateerd aan HR of Finance

Gevraagde kwalitieten

  • HBO diploma in een financiële richting
  • Een topper in woord en geschrift Nederlands en Engels.
  • Goede Excel-skills
  • Goede SAP-Business One skills is een pré
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een internationaal bedrijf

Voltea is looking for a flexible, process driven finance assistant.We are a young and dynamic organisation with offices in Sassenheim and Dallas Texas. Our finance department is a small team of 5, who take care of all office demands too. Within this role you will be responsible for the daily work within both entities. Besides this, you will assist in weekly, monthly and annual reports. It goes without saying that processes are designed to be respected and you are not afraid to enforce them with you colleagues.

 

  • First point of contact for all visits and callers.
  • Responsible for the full AP process within SAP B1
  • Enter and reconcile all bank transactions in SAP B1
  • Manage monthly stock counts
  • Help streamline all processes within the entities
  • Assist with reporting needs and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support in company needs for office maintenance, supplies, IT issues, etc.

Voltea is op zoek naar een flexibele, proces gedreven financiële assistent. Wij zijn een jong en dynamische organisatie met een kantoor in Sassenheim en in Dallas Texas. Description:

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for all production, scrap management and material handling at site.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Production

  • Manage all production, ensuring Customer products are built to specification and are delivered on time
  • Develop, implement and maintain optimum processes to manufacture components, assemblies and systems
  • Review the forecast and MPS and plan capacity accordingly
  • Manage the production team leader(s) and/or production team member(s)
  • Recruit new team members in conjunction with HR

 

Materials & Logistics

  • Manage the material handler(s)
  • Work with Supply chain to review the ordering methods and amount of working capital
  • Assist with monthly stock count as required
  • Work with Logistics to manage shipment of production products and transfer of goods (non-production shipments remain with the Office Manager)

 

Quality

  • Under instruction from the QA manager, manage all quality at site, ensuring all actions possible are being taken to improve product and process quality
  • Ensure good records are kept for both product test results and procedures

 

Maintenance and Capital Equipment

  • Maintain production equipment, maintenance plans and records (limited mechanical resources)
  • Justify and source new capital equipment

 

Reporting

  • Support the Manufacturing Director, including producing a monthly Operations report that covers productivity, scrap management and capacity planning

 

The Manufacturing Manager reports to the Manufacturing Director.

  • Experience working in a Lean environment, preferably trained to a Green belt standard
  • Warehouse experience
  • Leader and managerial experience of at least 10 employees
  • Machine shop and/or electrical wiring experience
  • Flexible to changes
  • Knowledge of working closely with a design team
  • Able to work in a fast-moving environment

This position reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer.

 

Responsibilities:

In the role of Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing distribution, dealer, and rep partners in the industrial, residential and commercial markets.  There is a strong sales support function in this role as it would be expected that you would work closely with your channel partner’s and their end users to ensure that technology adoption and revenue goals are met.

 

To be successful in this role, you would be expected to do the following:

  • Strategic ability to identify and pursue key markets in your territory where Voltea can most leverage our technology.
  • Leverage prospecting skills to identify, qualify and close new business in conjunction with integrators.
  • Prospect for potential new clients, OEMs, resellers and agents to actively pursue qualified leads that result into increased business.
