Bryan initially joined Voltea in January of 2014 to lead Operations as COO before transitioning into overall company leadership as CEO in October 2014. He recently lead the successful turn-around of a high-tech materials science research institute and consultancy, after having spent eight years with General Electric and serving as a founding member of Seven Seas Water and its VP Operations through the start-up phase. Bryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering.
Timothy has more than 24 years of experience leading and managing complex operations organizations. He has developed, launched and lead successful manufacturing turn-arounds in multiple business sectors from automotive to health care. Timothy has extensive experience as a global operations leader working in both Fortune 500 Companies as well as in Private Equity Portfolio Companies as a Global Vice President of Operations. Timothy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Mrs. He joins Voltea from CECO Environmental, a key player in the global pollution control market where she was Vice President of Finance. Mrs. He has an extensive background in financial planning and analysis, change management and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to her role with CECO Environmental, Mrs. He held roles with Daikin AC (Americas), Siemens Transportation Systems and Siemens Gigaset Communications. Lan holds a MBA degree from University of Mississippi and is a licensed CPA in Texas.
Dewitt has more than 30 years’ experience in the water treatment industry. His expertise lies in building collaborative, successful sales and marketing teams in companies such as GE, Veolia and Newalta Environmental Services. In addition, he has experience in building brand awareness and business development strategies in disruptive technology companies such as 212 Resources. Dewitt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University.

Jonathan has more than 20 years of experience in operations and finance. He played a major role in guiding the growth of several start-up technology companies some of which had successful exits. Jonathan has a Masters degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and he is also a qualified chartered accountant.
Having worked for Voltea for 7 years, Aurora is responsible for ensuring systems are built to a high level of quality and meet customer expectations. She encourages an environment of continuous improvement and good communication. Aurora holds a Master’s in Chemistry (MChem) and has filed 1 patent.
Sr. VP Global Sales
Carlos brings two decades of experience in the water treatment industry from a variety of commercial and technical roles within leading organizations going through rapid change. His career spans Veolia Water, GE Water, and most recently Energy Recovery (ERI) where he was responsible for global sales of products and services for mega desalination plants 50,000 m3/day capacity and above. Carlos has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and is Six-Sigma Quality certified.
Finance & HR Manager
As Finance & HR Manager, Eveline organizes all administrative transactions within Voltea. She and her team have a supporting role throughout Voltea, where they keep track of the cash requirements, help to manage costs, and provide reports for all departments. Eveline earned her BEc in 2012.
Applications & Quality Leader
Dan has 4 years of experience with CapDI and has experience running an ISO quality system. He is responsible for quality throughout the business, from suppliers to end users, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of what we do. Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry (MChem).
Supply Chain Leader
Rekha achieved her Masters in Supply Chain Management from UT Dallas and brings with her the rich experience of working in various key supply chain functions such as vendor management, demand planning and inventory management with leading companies in the automobile and technology industries.
